Step 2 - Membership
Once you are accepted onto the RBC L & H register, you will be informed of your unique reference number, which band you have been placed in (A, B, C, or D) and your priority date. For details of how the priority band and date system works click here.
You will be required to re-register at regular intervals, usually annually.
You must keep us informed of any changes to your housing circumstances. This will be your responsibility by updating your housing register application online.
This is very important as it could result in changing your band or your eligibility for certain homes. If you do not tell us of all changes we cannot be held responsible.
